Hands down the best gym near me!

The new class they have called Sprint 8 is absolutely amazing. Besides my job, I am not really active. After this 20 min class, I can feel the difference in my mood and how I feel. The people here are nice and willing to help you out. Glad I am going there. It beats the last few gyms I have gone to.

Great Local Gym in Nebraska!

I really love this Gym. The staff is awesome! They are encouraging and super friendly. I really like their new Matrix treadmills and elliptical great for watching Netflix, Hulu etc. sure helps make the time go by. The gym offers great equipment at an incredible value.

...The moment I walk in the door I feel like I'm at home. Greeted by name by the friendly staff. Never shamed as I saunter over to the machines for a late night workout. As beads of sweat drip from my forehead I gain appreciation for every second I'm there. I have been a member here for almost 4 years and have never been disappointed with this facility. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out with any of your needs. They also are doing amazing things giving back to those with diabetes and cancer.
