Small Group Training is a motivating exercise experience done in a small group environment with the personalized attention of a trainer. No matter what your goals, Small Group Training will help you achieve more with a the guidance and program design by a trainer, the motivation of a group environment, and the structure of the progressive workouts.

Small Group Training is available at all Blue Moon Fitness locations and can be added to your membership for as low as $5 per week for unlimited weekly sessions.
