Blue Moon Fitness is proud to offer On-Demand LES MILLS™ Virtual workouts, a world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the best instructors on the planet. It’s a truly inspiring experience that drives amazing results – and it is available at all our locations.


What to Expect

Les Mills Virtual Classes offer a great fitness experience for those new to group fitness or others that need fitness classes on their own schedule. On-Demand classes offer an up-close and personal experience where you’ll be totally immersed in the choreography and music (and sweat, when you’re done)!

How it Works…

1. Pick the class you want to attend at the Front Desk to make sure the room is available. Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time to get yourself ready.

2. Enter the classroom studio where your virtual instructor will inform you what equipment you will need and show you some basic moves in the 5 minutes before the class starts. The class will start automatically after.

3. Go through a warm-up with your virtual instructor covering simple moves designed to work one body part at a time, from your shoulders to your chest to your hips.

4. Get ready to sweat through the Virtual workout!

5. The final cool-down brings you to the end of the class experience. Wipe down and return any equipment you have used for your session and visit reception to book your next class

On-Demand Fitness Classes

Strength Program

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Cardio Program

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Core / Flexibility Program

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Time: 30 and 55mins

Cardio Program

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Time: 30 and 45mins

Core / Flexibility Program

A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

If you’re seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.
