How It Works
Myzone works on five assigned color zones. Each zone represents a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). Your MHR is calculated specifically for you when you start training with Myzone. the system will update your max heart rate automatically when you are observed a maintaining a higher heart rate than your current max heart rate. You receive notifications from Myzone when this happens. This continually ensures that Myzone is tracking your fitness level as you progress and train.
