Minimal, Basic, Iron, Bronze, & Cancer/Diabetes Members:
Monday to Friday: Must enter between 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: Must enter between 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

Premium, Premium Plus, & Upper-Level Members:
Can enter the club 24/7/365 – anytime, any day!

Important Reminder: Once you’ve entered the club, you can stay as long as you like! Just make sure to enter during your designated hours.

Great Local Gym in Central Omaha!

Features massage chairs, group fitness classes, personal training, a women’s only exercise area, and a cardio theater in addition to the standard fitness club stuff. Staff are friendly and willing to take you on tours. Definitely recommend.

The new turf setup is extremely nice! They added a ton of new equipment to use in the turf area. Also the new ⭐Lunar small group fitness classes⭐ are a nice new addition. Definitely recommend giving it a shot. A great mixture of cardio and strength training!
