Les Mills Virtual Classes at Blue Moon Fitness
Blue Moon Fitness offers scheduled Les Mills Virtual classes as part of our group fitness experience. These are professionally produced, screen-led workouts featuring certified Les Mills instructors, high-energy music, and structured programming — delivered on a large screen in our group fitness studios. Members follow along just like a live class, with clear coaching cues, timing, and movement demonstrations. Virtual Classes offer a great fitness experience for those new to group fitness or others that need fitness classes on their own schedule.
How It Works
Les Mills Virtual classes are scheduled just like live classes and take place in our group fitness rooms.
Class schedules are posted outside the group fitness studios at our North and South locations.
What Members Do
- Arrive at the scheduled class time
- Enter the group fitness room
- Set up equipment as shown on screen
- Follow the workout led by the virtual instructor

Core / Flexibility Program
