Being physically active has always been important to me, but it wasn’t until I joined Blue Moon Fitness as a member that I became seriously interested in exercise and personal health. Working with the trainers and the members in Bellevue inspired me to become a personal trainer. I want to encourage others on their journey to a healthy lifestyle and help them find their groove in the gym! Exercise is one of those things that benefits you not only physically, but mentally. It’s a great way to relieve stress and elevate your mood.
