I grew up in Kailua, Hawaii and first became interested in exercise through my involvement in highschool sports, martial arts, and water sports. I chose to become a trainer to help guide and educate others in becoming the best version of themselves. I want to change the paradigm that as we age we are expected to become weaker and fragile. The human body is resilient and people are often stronger than they think. To me, exercise is medicine. Exercise will improve your mental, emotional, and physical well being. Exercise and movement can help people from all walks of life and ages in alleviating pain, preventing injuries, and prolonging life. Exercise is not just a means to achieve your physical goals but is a lifestyle. We only have one life and owe it to our bodies to take care of them.
