Through my one on one sessions it is my goal to make a connection with each person on different levels. I have worked with people on completely different fitness levels and completely different goals. What I do with each of my clients is push them to a point they wouldn’t get to on their own. I want them to see their capabilities are much higher than they anticipated which inspires them to keep pushing and striving for new heights. Along the way I want them to learn a substantial amount in hopes that they can succeed and make strides on their own.
