Growing up I loved sports and was always the smallest one playing, so I decided to do something about it! In high school I went from 100 pounds to 160 by taking four years of weightlifting, along with track, soccer, swimming, football and cross country. I decided if I could help myself get stronger and healthier, then I could help others reach their goals as well!

I was a top pole vaulter, ranked 7th in my state!
