I grew up in Omaha, NE playing sports most of my life. But after an injury that restricted me from playing, I found myself changing my path in life down the road of exercise and personal health. As a personal trainer, I love the idea of being able to help people improve themselves mentally and physically. Exercise has helped me lessen my stress, gain strength after my injury, and improve my quality of life.
